So far, gym 3 days, lots of salad, lots of water, protein, minimal carbs and minimal dairy. How long before this becomes just another forgotten New Year's resolution? Only time will tell.
I was once taught that the struggle is significant. For the past 2 years of my life, the struggle has been much more apparent. And so now I am trying to find the significance in my struggle, while also finding the oneness of it all.
